Individual Therapy for Women
At the heart of this work is helping you become more fully you. That might mean becoming more comfortable taking up space, expressing your opinions, asking for what you want, saying no, leaving relationships that no longer serve you, or simply giving yourself permission to stop living according to everyone else’s expectations.

People Pleasing

If you’re used to putting everyone else’s needs before your own, it can be difficult to know what you actually want. You may struggle to say no, set boundaries, express your needs, or tolerate the discomfort of disappointing someone else. We’ll explore where these patterns come from and help you build the confidence to honor your needs without guilt. I’ll support you in letting go of the belief that you have to keep everyone happy to be worthy of love and connection. You can care deeply about others without abandoning yourself in the process.
Self Esteem

Are you constantly wondering if you’re doing enough? You might compare yourself to other people, replay conversations in your head, have a hard time accepting compliments, or look to other people for reassurance that you’re making the “right” choice. Maybe you’re confident at work but find yourself questioning everything when it comes to relationships, or you’re tired of being so hard on yourself. In therapy, we’ll work on quieting the critical voice, building trust in your own decisions, and becoming more comfortable taking up space, expressing your opinions, and letting yourself be seen.
Boundary Setting

You probably know that you need better boundaries, but saying no can leave you feeling guilty, selfish, or worried that someone will be upset with you. You might find yourself overcommitting, saying yes when you really mean no, or staying quiet about what you need because keeping the peace feels easier. In therapy, we’ll work on understanding what makes boundaries difficult for you and practice communicating your needs in a way that feels honest and true to who you are.
Confidence

How often do you second guess your decisions, your relationships, your appearance, or whether you’re “doing enough.” You might know what you want deep down, but struggle to trust yourself enough to say it out loud or go after it. We can work on building the kind of confidence that comes from knowing yourself and trusting your judgment even when you’re not sure how others will respond. Confidence isn’t about never doubting yourself, it’s about knowing you can trust yourself even when doubt shows up.
Relationship Stress

Do you love your partner but find yourself feeling frustrated, disconnected, unheard, or unsure of where you stand? Are you questioning if you're in the right relationship? Are you out of a relationship and rediscovering yourself? Therapy is a great place to better understand what you need to feel more secure, respected, and connected. You don’t have to choose between having a healthy relationship and being fully yourself. You deserve a relationship where there’s room for both.
Family Stress

Family can be complicated. You might find yourself falling back into old roles around your family, struggling to speak up, or carrying guilt whenever you try to do something differently. Together, we can work on setting boundaries, communicating more honestly, and finding ways to stay connected without constantly sacrificing your own needs and well-being. You can love your family and still decide that you’re allowed to do things differently.
